Leasing an apartment in Champaign or Urbana from Gillespie Management is simple! You can see any of the available apartments from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling the office to set up an appointment. We respect our tenant's privacy, so we would need to make special arrangements with them if you need to see an apartment outside of these times.

After you see an apartment and decide you would like to sign a lease, simply fill out the on-line Application, submit it and then call to set a time to come to our office to sign the lease. Your Security Deposit will be due at the time the lease is signed.
